The Decolonizing Wellness Through Sacred Feminine Wisdom is a 120-minute workshop that helps you unravel the training that upholds oppressive self-care practises and brings you into right relationship with your Self, others, and with the Land itself.
The decolonizing practises used in this workshop are grounded in Indigenous and Sacred Feminine wisdom and act as the perfect antidote for these exhausting, confusing times.

Matriarchs in Training - 9 week virtual course
It is time for Indigenous women to uncover, practice and share their gifts, strengths, spiritual wisdom and Sacred Lineages with the world. This 4-day training event or 9-week virtual course is designed to help Indigenous women reclaim their voice, end the cycle of invisibility, improve their relationships, and take their rightful place in the centre of the circle. Each Matriarch in Training will become the powerful leader she was born to be - not just for themselves, but for the benefit of their communities, other nations, and all society.
Reclaiming the Four Goddesses - 2-day virtual course
This 2-day virtual course is a deep dive into the raw, powerful, nurturing, fierce and compassionate wisdom that dwells in every human being, regardless of gender. You were born with the blueprint of four Elemental Goddesses (or Beings) living inside you: Fire Womxn, Water Womxn, Air Womxn, and Earth Womxn. In the Eurocentric, western society that we live in, most Goddesses are developmentally challenged due to judgement, lack of respect, violence, and shame. This deep Sacred Feminine training helps women and gender-fluid individuals, reclaim the beauty, wisdom, strength and grace that is held by each of the Four Goddesses.
